HOW TO PROPERLY PROCESS AN ORDER?

1. Submit an inquiry by e-mail to indywidualne@canto.pl or cnc@canto.pl

2. Fill in the pdf file with the dimensioning template which is available below. To complete it, all you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader, a measuring tape and a bit of willingness ;) . You can easily fill it out on your smartphone or tablet. If there is no appropriate shape to choose from in the form, please add photos with dimensions or a drawing made e.g. by hand on a piece of paper.

3. Send the completed template back to us.

4. After receiving the template, we will prepare a free quote for you within 2-5 business days and send it by e-mail. Our valuation is valid for 14 days, after this date it may change.

5. After you approve the valuation and 30% of the order value is paid to the indicated account, we will start processing the order.

6. The time to complete the order from the moment the payment is credited is 20 working days (Monday to Friday).
